143VINYL Behind On Shipping

When I worked there we were always under 24 hours for shipping except when we closed for two times.  The first was because we closed for covid and the second was right after Troy left and Mike White changed how we did everything and jacked around the operation.  One of the employees told me last week they have been like 12-14 days behind after the botched Mr CraftyPants sale.   On top of that the DTF printing team walked out and told him to f*** off last week in the middle of all this because he always thinks he can make things better and do everything better than anyone else.  She told me they are printing DTF transfers for Jiffy shirts and prioritizing them over their own customers.

143VINYL Lays Off / Fires Employees

Like clockwork Mike White has let go of several employees AGAIN.  If I'm not mistaken, in late 2020 when Troy and Tammy walked away from it all there were around 140 employees, three companies ( 143vinyl , StarCraft , and Bright Star ), and 4 warehouses that were almost 100,000 sq feet total.  The last I heard Mike had shut down two warehouses and only had like 20 or 25 employees left and was rapidly on a downward spiral.  Today I heard that he fired or laid off another round including some people that have been there a long time.  I think one person had like 5-6 years and I know when I was there she was one of if not the most dependable employee we had.   This is par for the course for this yahoo.  I swear I have PTSD after the way he treated me and other employees.  Personally I can't wait for the place to shut down.  The other post I wrote explains the whole fiasco that went down and why Troy and Tammy left.

Who owns 143vinyl?

143vinyl is 100% owned by a guy named Mike White.  How do I know?  I was in management there for 3 years but I will not say what level.  We had team leads, supervisors, and managers and I was one of them.  They have three companies and Starcraft and Bright Star Kids that were all doing good until Troy left.  Mike used to own part of Brilliant Vinyl but the other owner worked out some deal to get away.  They still own part of My Craft Source together so if you're going to buy anything youre better off buying it from Brilliant or Troy's company. Hardly any of the employees even know why Troy left but i'm pretty sure it had to do with Mike's greedy toxic ass.  While I worked there the company was not perfect but it was getting there.  We were all proud of what we had built and won the fastest growing company award and were so happy for Troy and Tammy.  Then *poof*, it was all over one day.  Someone in the meeting when it happened told me Tammy was asking Mike why he was s
